If a situation occurs where the inventory is not correct, Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd. will strive to fill the requested order at the same price in timely manner.
However, we reserve the right to fill the order at a higher price if necessary. If this case occurs, a sales representative will contact the customer directly to discuss logistics. If the purchasing party wishes to cancel their order at this time, there will be no penalty to the customer.

Occasionally, firearm manufacturers issue a “product recall.” If one of your purchases from us is recalled, Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd., will contact you with instructions from the manufacturer regarding the nature of the recall and how to get the problem resolved.
In most cases, if there is a factory defect, the manufacturer will cover any related fees and shipping charges. Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd. are not responsible for any of the recall-related fees or charges.
Return Policy
