Description

Bergara BMR Carbon Rifle .22 LR 18-Inch Rimfire Rifle

Bergara BMR Carbon Rifle uses .22 LR chambering, an 18-inch No. 6 carbon fiber barrel, and a lightweight rimfire configuration for target shooting, rimfire competition, and small-game use. Moreover, the rifle includes both 5-round and 10-round detachable magazines.

Bergara BMR Carbon Rifle Overview

The BMR, or Bergara Micro Rimfire, combines a compact rimfire action with a Bergara BMR stock and carbon fiber barrel. In addition, the .22 LR configuration uses a match chamber and a 1:16 twist rate.

The rifle measures 36 inches overall and weighs 5 pounds. Furthermore, the 18-inch barrel uses a threaded muzzle configuration.

Also, the .22 LR model carries reference BMR002 and fits the base class within the NRL22 series. The compact BMR action offers a lighter, smaller format than the full-size B-14R rimfire trainer.

Key Features and Components

The No. 6 carbon fiber barrel keeps the .22 LR model lighter than the other listed BMR Carbon chamberlains. Moreover, the match chamber supports the rifle’s target and match-oriented design.

The BMR magazine system includes two detachable magazines. In addition, one magazine holds 5 rounds for field use, while the second holds 10 rounds for rimfire match applications.

The BMR action uses the same general design language as Bergara’s B-14 line in a smaller rimfire format. Furthermore, the manufacturer positions the platform for both field and match performance.
